COMPLEX FOR PROCESSING OF GOLD-BEARING ORES

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: complex has crushing module, disintegrating module, and centrifugal benefication module which is made up of centrifugal apparatus for main benefication and for checking benefication. Complex is profiled with at least one short-cone hydraulic cyclone. All modules are arranged according to technological process flow and are interconnected by respective transportation facilities. One centrifugal apparatus of main benefication is connected with sand pipe union of short-cone hydraulic cyclone, other centrifugal apparatus of main benefication is connected with discharge pipe union of short-cone hydraulic cyclone through respective screen and main benefication hydraulic cyclone. Centrifugal apparatus of checking benefication is connected with devices for removing tailings of main benefication centrifugal apparatus through checking benefication hydraulic cyclones and strip-type thickener. Application of aforesaid complex allows for increasing degree of gold recovery. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
