The invention relates to a device used for positioning pressure transducers (7) or pressure-transducer holders (20) and comprises a level-difference display (18) which calculates the difference in level (13) between a patient zero level (10) and the zero level of the device (12) or pressure transducer (7) on the basis of the pressure a column of liquid in a reference tube system (8) applies to a reference pressure-transducer (11) in the device. The device is mounted on or integrated into a transducer holder (20) and the distal end (9) of the reference tube (8) is connected to the patient (23) at the patient zero level (10). The transducer holder (20) is displaced vertically up or down depending on the difference in level being indicated until the display element (18) indicates "zero" (25). |
