An electrical mini-saw for decortication of an articular cartilage and a cortical bone is provided to reduce operation time and skin incision length in case of an osteotomy of a long bone with a deformed angle and an articulation fusion. An electrical mini-saw for decortication of an articular cartilage and a cortical bone includes a body(2), a plurality of saw blade units(4), a fixed hub(6), and an electric device. The body is formed in a plate shape. The plurality of saw blade units are formed on upper and lower sides of the body. The fixed hub is formed on an end of a side of the body to be integrated with the body. The electric device supplies power to rotate the body repeatedly.
