A ground water abstraction borehole cleaning device is provided to wash and discharge pollutants such as sphagnum or scale, or soil sludge attached to the internal wall and the bottom of a ground water abstraction borehole simultaneously by high pressure compressed air and difference in pressure. A ground water abstraction borehole cleaning device capable of washing and discharging simultaneously using high pressure compressed air induced from an air compressor for removing pollutants or soil sludge inside a ground water abstraction borehole comprises a circular casing made of steel and inserted to an internal wall of the ground water abstraction borehole to be adhered closely to the appointed part of the ground water abstraction borehole, a pipe body composed of many pipes assembled to have the corresponding length to the ground water abstraction borehole, supported by construction machinery such as a crane to make the upper part exposed from the inside of the ground water abstraction borehole and connected with the air compressor by a compressed air connection pipe to supply high pressure compressed air for separating or discharging pollutants or soil sludge attached to the inside of the ground water abstraction borehole, and a ground water abstraction borehole washer(150) connected to the bottom of the pipe body and washing and discharging pollutants such as sphagnum or scale, or soil sludge attached to the internal wall and the bottom of the ground water abstraction borehole simultaneously by the high pressure compressed air discharged through a nozzle of a simple structure changing the flow of compressed air from the downward direction to the upward direction and the caused difference in pressure.
