PURPOSE:To lead out a processing toll from an outlet therefor with a light load, with smoothness, and upon direction adjustment accurately, when an ultrasonic probe is to be inserted into a celom under guidance of a tool insert channel provided in an endoscope of side view type, by forming the tool portion to be raised by a tool raising table from a soft material. CONSTITUTION:A guide member 20 consisting of a rod-shaped member having softness is connected at the tip of a flexible sleeve 13' of the body 11 of an ultrasonic probe 10. This guide member 20 is led onto a tool raising table 7 installed at the opening of the tool outlet of a tool insert channel 4 provided in the insertion part 2 of an endoscope, and the table 7 is operated for rising, and thereby the guide member 20 is directed to the desired direction. Then the table 7 is locked in this angular position, and thereby the part, where an ultrasonic vibrator 16 is mounted, is located in the position which is to undergo an ultrasonic diagnosis. |
