<p>PURPOSE:To measure, instantly and with a high accuracy, pull-in characteristics and pull-out characteristics by changing the repetitive frequency of drive pulses and computing the corresponding torque value of a stepping motor. CONSTITUTION:A string 9 is tensed in a wound state around a pulley 8 between load cells 10b and 10a. An external load torque to be applied to the shaft of a switching motor 1 to be measured drives a stepping motor 1a for control and changes the tension of string 9. At that time, the value of torque applied to the shaft of the stepping motor 1 to be measured is equal to the difference between the torque values of both the load cells 10a and 10b, that is, an output value of differential amplifier 12; and it is turned into a mean value at a control portion 2 and used as data. The waveform of the torque value obtained at the control portion 2 is analyzed by an analyzing software using FFT (high speed Fourier transformation) of CPU within the control portion 2. By doing this, pull-in characteristics and pull-out characteristics can be measured.</p> |
