FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: gas lift comprises lifting column consisting of frame and lining, gas-separation chamber with lined side walls and roof, emptying fitting, gas- aspiration pipeline, and lance with supply pipelines. Upper part of side walls of gas-separation chamber is made of water-cooled members located at the distance from roof equal to 0.5-0.9 height of the chamber. Lining of the column and gas-separation chamber is provided with gas-cooled canals and roof of the chamber is made of water-cooled members. Lance is constructed in the form of concentrically arranged pipes. EFFECT: increased endurance of gas lift on long-time operation. 3 cl, 2 dwg
