SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes strengthening rest, hydraulic cylinders having strengthening tools and connected with pneumohydraulic drive unit, mounting device for basing gear wheel rotated by means of machine tool drive mechanism. Strengthening rest is joined with mechanism for moving rest of machine tool with possibility of its reciprocation motion along guides of machine tool.
