FIELD: road, industrial, hydrotechnical industry, civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: bitumen-rubber composition has bitumen, rubber crumb and softening agent. Composition has a nonvulcanized rubber crumb as rubber crumb, heavy resin of pyrolysis or polyalkylbenzene resin, or wood resin of leafy species as a softening agent and a plasticizer additionally. Method of producing bitumen-rubber composition involves heating bitumen, rubber crumb and softening agent. Preliminary prepared mixture consisting of 1.5-2.5 wt.-% of nonvulcanized rubber crumb, 2.5-45 wt.-% of the above indicated softening agent-plasticizer is kept for 24 h, stirred at 100-130 C up to preparing the homogeneous mass and bitumen heated to 100-130 C is added at stirring.
