FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, equipment which may be used for manufacture of meat pockets at meat packing houses and public catering enterprises. SUBSTANCE: line has housing 1, dough feeding hopper with auger and meat farce feeding hopper with auger, which are positioned in housing 1. Forming chamber 6 has outlet opening 7 communicated with hopper 4 via pipe 8 and pump . Line is further provided with belt conveyor 10, blower for dough tubes 25, die disks 12 with oiling device 13 and fast-freezing unit 14. Air flow divider mounted in housing 16 of blower is made in the form of plate with longitudinal slots, with number of slots corresponding to number of dough tubes. Gates are positioned above slots and connected with control levers disposed outside housing 16. Gates and control levers define mechanisms for controlling blowing intensity for each dough tube. EFFECT: improved quality of food product and reduced power consumption. 2 cl, 3 dwg
