FIELD: medicinal technics. SUBSTANCE: biologically-active liquid, generally water and aqueous solutions, is prepared by way of treatment by electromagnetic emission in mm- wavelength band to impart to water and aqueous solutions of mineral salts or organic compounds properties comparable, with regard to their healing effect, with direct effect of mm-band emission. This effect, in particular, manifests itself in normalizing condition of patients suffering from digestive and urinary organs' diseases, ischemic heart diseases, hypertonic diseases, etc. Apparatus constitutes antenna to irradiate vessel with liquid.
