SUBSTANCE: apparatus has seed charging hopper, housing, inducer with windings, ferromagnetic cylinder, outlet branch pipe, treatment chamber, regulator, cathodic and anodic group of diodes, switch, three-phase power mains A,B,C and retaining columns. Seeds are conveyed into treatment chamber to be exposed to unidirectional rotating magnetic field, with rotational speed of magnetic field being by an order of magnitude greater than speed of movement of material under treatment.
