Method for determination of parameters of state of ecological safety of ecosystem includes selection of components and output characteristics of ecosystem to be measured, measurement of those by means of devices for chemical and/or physical control, calculation of key parameters and compilation of prognosis. Key parameters of calculation are deposition of pollutant in components of ecosystem and rate of distribution and / or re-distribution of pollutant in components of ecosystem, and compilation of prognosis is performed on basis of modeling parameters of ecosystem through data representation as vector values.
