The invention relates to a device (1) for treating hair, comprising two longitudinal arms (2, 3) which can be moved towards each other. The hair can be positioned between the arms when the latter are in an open position and pulled through them when they are in a closed position. A device for generating steam is also provided and the steam produced can be introduced between the two arms (2, 3). The invention also provides for a device by means of which a hair-treatment agent can be introduced between the two arms (2, 3) by the steam. The device (1) can be used not only as a so-called steam crimper but also to apply a hair-treatment agent to the hair and treat the hair with said agent. |
