<p>Oral preparations in the form of bubbling enteric coated preparations which show excellent digestive absorbability of glycyrrhizin and can be conveniently produced by blending glycyrrhizin with sorbefacients such as medium-chain fatty acids or salts thereof and a bubbling agent. Owing to the addition of the bubbling agents, these preparations can achieve excellent digestive absorbability of glycyrrhizin. Moreover, these preparations can be produced by a convenient process without resort to any special step.</p> |
