<p>An intermediate clasp for band type ornaments, comprising an upper plate (33) fixed pivotably to an end portion of a first band (3l), a lower plate (35) joined to the upper plate, and a slide frame (40) fixed pivotably to an end portion of the lower plate, a pressure plate (43) being fixed to the slide frame so that a second band (36) is inserted between the pressure plate and a bottom plate (38) of the slide frame, a pressure projection (48) which contacts the pressure plate under pressure to bring the pressure plate into pressure contact with the second band being formed at an end portion of the lower plate, a stopper rod (50) which contacts the pressure projection in a slide frame fixing position in which the pressure projection strongly presses the pressure plate, and which prevents the lower plate from being turned beyond the slide frame fixing position, being fixed to the slide frame.</p> |
