A safe apparatus for an automatic opening and closing windows is provided to prevent a user from being squeezed and injured between a window and a widow frame by stopping the movement of a window, after sensing user's contact with a sensor attached to a window sash. A safe apparatus for an automatic opening and closing windows comprises a sensor(120), a transmitting unit(110), and a receiving unit(130). The sensor is attached to a front section of a window sash(SF). The transmitting unit, which is attached to one part of the window sash, receives signals from the sensor and includes an oscillator(111) and a power supplier(112). The oscillator transmits the signals from the sensor. The power supplier gives power to the oscillator. The receiving unit, which is attached to one part of a window frame(BF), includes a receiving unit(131) and a control unit(132). The receiving unit receives the signals from the oscillator. The control unit receives the signals from the receiving unit and controls a motor device. The oscillator of the transmitting unit uses wireless communication using RF or infrared ray delivery. |
