Described herein is a reinforcement for a counterweight for electrical household appliances and the like, characterized in that it comprises a single piece made of plastic material or else of composite plastic material, of a generally plane shape, provided with first holes (23, 23', 24; 33; 43; 53) in portions (21; 31; 41; 51) designed to project from the mass of concrete forming said counterweight; said plastic material or composite plastic material has a specific weight greater than or equal to 1.000 g/cc, an ultimate strength greater than or equal to 50 MPa and a tensile strength greater than or equal to 2000 MPa, determined according to the standard ASTM D 638. |
