Object data visualization device for rapid prototyping

摘要

The visualization device provides a visual representation of an object shape corresponding to object data, using a field of parallel needles (2), controlled by associated actuators (3), receiving signals in correspondence with the object data, for relative adjustment of the needles. The latter may be used for 3-dimensional deformation of a foil membrane (4). An Independent claim is also included for a device for providing object data corresponding to an object shape.
