An outdoor lighting sign is provided to reduce the number of parts by excluding a mounting unit of a ballast stabilizer or an electric lamp. An outdoor lighting sign is composed of a body(1) fixed on the wall or set up on the ground and provided with an opening unit(11) formed on the front side and a light emitting unit(2) entirely covering the opening unit and having an organic LED(Light Emitting Diode) plate emitting the light by receiving the power. The light emitting unit comprises the organic LED plate inserted into the opening unit to draw out at least two power lines(22) and a light transmitting plate(23) entirely covering the upper part of the organic LED plate and having transparent or semi-transparent color.
