A reservation cooking control method for a pressure cooker is provided to improve the taste of rice by completing the cooking of rice according to the reservation time set by a user. A reservation cooking control method for a pressure cooker comprises the steps of: setting the cooking starting time according to the reservation time(S20); detecting the condition of the cooking starting time(S30); applying an electric current to a main power if the cooking starting time arrives, and returning to the step(S30) after waiting for predetermined time if not so(S40); executing a soaking process for a first setting time(S50); heating at the heating temperature for a second setting time(S60); calculating remaining time for reservation after the completion of heating(S70); comparing the remaining time with steaming time(S80); and executing a steaming process for the pre-set time if the remaining time is as same as or shorter than the steaming time(S92), and executing the steaming process up to the reservation time if the remaining time is longer than the steaming time(S90).
