3-Benzoyl-5,6-dihydro-1,4,2-dioxazine oxime derivatives (I) are new. 3-Benzoyl-5,6-dihydro-1,4,2-dioxazine oxime derivatives of formula (I) are new: L<1>-L<4> = H, halogen, CN, NO2 or optionally halogenated alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylsulfinyl or alkylsulfonyl; R = alkyl or optionally substituted 3-5C cycloalkyl; X<1>, X<2> = H or halogen; Z' = optionally substituted benzoheterocyclyl bonded through the heterocyclyl part.
