The circuit, which is connected in parallel to the main current path in a network, has the task of distributing the current which a consumer needs and furthermore into a small measuring or control current which, when it exceeds a certain adjustable size, switches on the main or load current via the main network branch.Thereby it is attained that the network component only switches on when a consumer is connected (switched on). The energy needed for the measuring voltage in the switched- off state is extracted from the condenser. The condenser is charged afterwards either via an accumulator or a battery
