Procedure and apparatus for the production of non- biological vectors for transport of substances by turbulent coaxial injection. The procedure consists in the coaxial injection of two phases of different polarity into which the substance is incorporated. The procedure uses an apparatus which consists of a mixing vessel 1, a high-speed shaker 2, temperature sensors 3, means for evacuation of the dispersion obtained 4, a coaxial injector 5, which receives the different phases via a T-shaped connecting piece 6, heated pipes carrying the phases to be injected 7, systems for pumping the phases 8, a centering device 9, and thermostats 10. The procedure and the apparatus used therein are useful for preparing nanoparticles, nanospheres, microparticles and liposomes. They have applications in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and dyeing industries, etc. <IMAGE>
