Coupling lines (11,12) coupled to dielectric resonator are provided at one of the electrode opening and transmission lines (11',12') connected electrically with coupling lines are provided exterior to the opening, on circuit board (6). A coplanar line grounds electrode formed on dielectric board (1) in transmission line.
