METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ORGANIC EL DISPLAY

An inventive method of manufacturing an organic EL display device is provided to solve the difficulty of patterning due to the instability of the negative electrode of the conventional organic EL device of passive matrix type. According to the inventive method, a laser transfer technique is used to carry out both the patterning of the negative electrode and the transfer of the emission layer simultaneously to simplify the manufacturing process and improve display performance. Specifically, laser (9) is used to pattern the negative electrode (4) and form the emission layer (5) simultaneously.
