The invention concerns a method for continuous manufacture of handling pallet blocks by moulding, based on a mixture consisting essentially of woody waste and at least one cementing material. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a sliding path (1) arranged in a loop having two horizontal rectilinear stacked parts (11, 12), and consisting of two parallel slide rails (10) between which transversely arranged moulds (2) can slide, with openings oriented outwards of said loop, and edge to edge such that the displacement of one, by means of step-by-step driving means, causes the others to be moved; and means filling (4) said moulds (2), arranged above the upper rectilinear part; and further means demoulding (70) said moulds (2).
