A gas burner adapter is provided to facilitate coupling and separation with/from a gas vessel by projecting or sinking a ball according to rotation of an inlet holder. A gas burner adapter includes a guide plate(10), an injection hole(20), and a guide spring(31). The guide plate has a guide protrusion(11) protruded downward and a coupling protrusion and a coupling hole(12) at a center in order to prevent separation of a ball bearing(30). The injection hole is fitted into the coupling hole of the guide plate. The injection hole has a push groove(21) inclined to receive the ball bearing and a push protrusion(22) to push up the ball bearing received in the push groove when the gas burner adapter is coupled with a gas vessel. The guide spring is fitted into an inner hole of the guide plate. An inner bushing rubber ring(33), an inner bushing(34), a rubber ring(36), and a check valve(37) are sequentially inserted into the injection hole.
