A method and a system for providing bill passbook service are provided to notify a user of a bill through a bill passbook, allow the user to pay using the bill passbook without having a written notice and write details of the notice and payment on the bill passbook systematically. A method for providing bill passbook service includes a step in which a bank server collects information on bills regularly or irregularly imposed to a payer, a step of extracting minimum information required for passbook notice from the information, transforming the extracted information into a standardized form and registering the standardized form in a trader field of a bill passbook of the payer as a demand transaction(S202,S204,S205), a step in which demand transaction detail with respect to a transaction through the bill passbook is detected from the trader field when the transaction is generated and automatically written on the bill passbook or directly confirmed(S207,S208), and a step of providing a service corresponding to a menu when the menu is selected through a terminal as the demand transaction detail is confirmed. |
