A physical distribution service supporting method, a system and a recording medium therefor are provided to extract and confirm trade transactional information of a company to extract input items required for support or application of a physical distribution service, then to transmit application information or support request information to a financial company server or a distribution service provider. When a physical distribution service application or support accompanied with trade transactions is demanded, an application screen or a support request screen is provided to a company terminal(500). The company's trade transactional information is extracted and confirmed by connecting with an ERP server of the company or a company-related CMS server(502,503). More than one input item is extracted from the trade transactional information, and is automatically inputted on the screen. If the automatically inputted items are confirmed or modified, physical distribution service application information or support request information is transmitted to a distribution service provider or a financial company server.
