An authentication server which is possible for pre-receipt in case the amount of settlement exceeds limit and control method for the same are provided to improve convenience of the small amount settlement using a mobile communication terminal. An authentication server which is possible for pre-receipt in case the amount of settlement exceeds limit comprises a step of receiving user information for the fee payment from a user(S510), a step of transmitting authentication request of user to server of mobile network operator mapped in the received user information(S520), a step of receiving the pre-receipt announcement in case the small amount settlement charge of the mobile communication terminal, exceeds limit(S530), a step of determining pre-receipt according to the received pre-receipt announcement(S540) and a step of receiving the authentication number from a mobile carrier server side(S550). |
