A lending method using an Internet auction system is provided to enable private financing which is illegal to be legal, thereby realizing transparency and safety of formation of private financing culture. A fund user(30) and a fund supplier(40) apply for mortgage lending through an Internet agent server(20), and the fund supplier who is the most advantageous for a condition of the fund user is selected by a bidding method. Loan by a reverse auction for lending funds is available after a bond acquisition procedure is carried out. |
