In the present invention there is disclosed a raw material mixture for producing porous concrete, which raw material mixture based on coal solid combustion products comprises 12 to 25 percent by weight of lime and/or lime and cement and 10 to 88 percent by weight of ash ground to specific surface ranging from 150 to 550 me2.kge-1, and/or fly ashes of coal fluid combustion and up to 60 percent by weight of a filler component, whereby the amount of the fluid filtered fly ash is at the most 60 percent by weight of the total amount of the ash mixture, at cement-water ration of the invented porous concrete mixture at the most 0.8. The filler component is selected from a group comprising ordinary fly ash, ground slag and sand.
