The box has a hood wall (300) provided with an adjusting device (310) for adjusting the wall in different positions for permitting modularity of the box. A front partition (200) and a horse chest bar (400) are integrated with each other by the wall. The wall is equipped with a locking device for locking the wall when the partition and the bar are deformed under support action of animals. The locking device includes locking pins that are mounted on a handle (305) of the wall and are in contact with the bar when the wall is in a locked position.
