The cleaner, esp. for instruments used for internal investigations or sampling consists of an elongated cylindrical element (110) with a smooth outer surface, and a brush (112) on one end, formed from a rod (114) and radial bristles (116). The brush has a retaining member (120) with a dia. more or less the same as that of the cylindrical element (110) and made in the form of a spiral wire winding with its coils (122) forming a channel (124) for the brush's rod and a helical gap for its bristles. The cylindrical element tapers at its end furthest from the brush, while its other end is shaped to receive the brush's rod and the coiled wire. |
