<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser processing head which improves the blow off action of a cutting part bottom face, realizes dross free, and evens the cutting face by making the shape of an opening hole of a nozzle into a streamlined shape in a cross section which can largely distribute the flow rate of assist gas at the rear part of a cutting processing proceeding direction. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a laser processing head for being surrounded with the jet flow of an assist gas 4 and ejecting a laser beam 2. In this case, a quasi ellipse shaped opening part of a non-disc shape is installed to a nozzle 1, a nozzle center of which is not matched with a laser beam center, and in addition a control shaft is provided to the nozzle 1. Therefore, an operation control of the nozzle 1 is made independently possible, and the cut face is evened.</p> |
