PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the permeability of fluids for washing or rinsing inside a contact area by setting an interleaving means that separates the first and the second spaces and by composing a system so as to effectively improve the permeability of the fluids to the contact area while surface-contacting a device to at least one opening of the interleaving means. SOLUTION: Container 2 is divided into a first enclosure 50a and a second enclosure 50b by interleaving means 52. Below the container 2, flat and plain sheet of grid 28a and port 6 for fluid are settled. The interleaving means 52 is provided controllably with an opening 56 made from expandable materials. Adapter 40 is sited and held between the enclosures 50a and 50b through the opening 56. Then, the holey device 46 is held in a face contact state so as to have the fluid pass through. The contact face is made uneven as fluids and gases can go there through. Thus, the fluid, e.g. for rinse can effectively be permeated. |
