摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet in which, on a grain- oriented silicon steel sheet having a magnetically smoothened surface, what is called a tension application type film is formed with tight adhesion and extremely low in core loss and to provide a method for producing it. SOLUTION: The surface of ferrite in a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet having a magnetically smoothened surface is applied with a plating layer composed of metal and oxygen-contg. material of the metal, having >=0.05μm thickness, and the content of the oxygen-contg. material in the plating layer is regulated to >=20 ppm expressed in terms of oxygen, and a tension application type film is formed thereon.
