PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the mounting accuracy of a wind shield panel. SOLUTION: Since a flange side spacer 10 is inserted in a spacer insertion hole 6 provided for a peripheral flange 1 so as to be fixed together, and the flange side spacer 10 and the engaging parts 12 and 22 of a panel side spacer 20 are mutually fitted to one another so as to allow a window panel 25 to be fixed, the engaging position for both the spacers 10 and 20 can be settled without being affected by the action of spring back due to the press forming of the peripheral flange 1, so that the mounting accuracy of the window panel 25 can thereby be enhanced. Besides, the engaging parts 12 and 22 are so guided as to be fixed together by falling a locator pin 23 for the panel side spacer 20 into a locator hole 16 for the flange side spacer 10, so that operating performance for positioning can be enhanced. |
