<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide graphite ink of high grade and high quality that suppresses the viscoelastic behavior, increases the repletion into the printing blocks and the operability and has excellent opacifying power without light leak by using a vehicle comprising a depolymerizable organic binder and an organic solvent, a graphite powder, and a filler. SOLUTION: Three steel rollers are used to knead a mill base composition comprising 21 wt.% of graphite with an average particle size of 0.4μm, 34.5 wt.% of an i-butyl methacrylate-α-methylstyrene resin, 34.5 wt.% of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 3.0 wt.% silicon octylate, 1.5 wt.% of methacrylic oligomers and 5.5 wt.% of titanium oxide with an average particle size of 0.2-0.3μm by allowing the mill base composition to pass through between rollers 6 times thereby preparing the objective graphite ink.</p> |
