PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent any sudden returning rotation of an operating pedal in time of a brake release, by means of simple structure. SOLUTION: A release means 44 is comprised of a first lever 52, a second lever 54, a torsion coil spring 56 or the like installed around a support pin 42, and in time of a brake release, if the second lever 54 is rotated counterclockwise by a release cable 46, the first lever 52 is rotated counterclockwise according to an energizing force of the coil spring 56, and thereby a free end 36 of a lock coil is displaced in the unlocking direction, therefore the returning rotation of an operating pedal is allowed, but rotatory resistance is imparted to the first lever 52 by means of viscous matter, whereby the rotational speed is made so as to be reduced. Accordingly, the displacement of the free end 36 of the lock coil in the unlocking direction becomes slowed down as well and slackness of the winding of this lock coil also comes slowly, so that the operating pedal is made so as to be slowly subjected to returning rotation attendant upon the lowering of its frictional force. |
