A metal housing manufacturing method using a bending processing device is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost as the mold is no need to be especially included per products and the form can be naturally bent. A metal housing manufacturing method using a bending processing device comprises: a metal plate cutting step of forming a notch on each corner part of a material plate(S10); a circumference bending step of molding an in-between processed product of a door or a door frame by pressurizing the width and length wise circumference of the material plate in order to be bent(S30); a corner bending step of curve-cutting each corner in order the cross direction and the length wise circumference which the neighbor of the in-between processed product to be connected with being curved(S40); a corner finishing step of welding the corner of the in-between processed product and polishing the door or the door frame(S50,S60); and a binding step of uniting the door or the door frame on the main body front separately manufactured(S70).
