FIELD: food products. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. Onions are cut, blanched and minced. Mutton is cut and minced. The above mentioned components are mixed with culinary salt and hot black pepper for a homogenous paste formation. Farce is formed, fried in melted butter to obtain collops cutlets. The remaining onions is cut and sauted in melted butter, dill is cut and frozen. The sauted onions, dill, acetic acid and sugar are mixed under oxygen-free conditions, chicken eggs are whipped. The collops, the obtained mixture and chicken eggs are packed, pressurised and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods. |
