PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonoriented silicon steel sheet excellent in heat removal property and capable of rapidly diffusing the generated heat of a motor core, etc., even without providing the complicated cooling mechanism. SOLUTION: This steel sheet has a composition which consists of, by weight, <=0.005% C, >=2.0% Si, 0.05-1.0% Mn, <=0.1% P, <=0.005% (including 0%) N, <=1.0% Al, <=0.007% (including 0%) S, <=0.01% Ti and the balance essentially Fe, and in which the sum of Si content and Al content satisfies 2%<=Si+Al<=3.5%. |
