A substrate cutting system is provided to enable a user to easily maintain, repair and set a clamp unit having a simple structure. A loading unit(100) loads the original substrate(G1) to be cut into a plurality of unit substrates(G2). A substrate conveying unit(200) forms a process line for cutting the original substrate into a plurality of unit substrates and conveys the original substrate. A scribe unit(300) forms a scribe line on the original substrate. A clamp unit(400) clamps the original substrate which goes toward the scribe unit when forming the scribe line. A clamp unit body(410) is arranged in the width direction of the process line at an upper region of the substrate conveying unit. A chuck has a tongs-shaped engaging structure to clamp one region of the original substrate. |
