PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct bevelling machining excellent in a symmetric property by setting a radius R1 from the center of a container larger than a curvature R2 of the inner peripheral part. SOLUTION: A beveling container 1 is made of the metal material (iron, non-ferrous material) having a radius R1 from a rotary shaft (the center of the container), a width D, a curvature R2 of the inner peripheral surface 2 (machined part). A ratio of the radius R1 and the curvature R2 is set at 2-10:1. An oscillator and the machining additive material are moved in the rotating direction with the rotation of the machining container 1, but they are slid for fall along the inner peripheral part 2 when the gravity becomes larger than the friction resistance by the centrifugal force. Shape of the machining container is transferred to the oscillator by this sliding. The oscillator and the machining additive material are moved like a pendulum in the machining container by continuing the rotation, but the oscillator is reversely rotated in the container by increasing the rotating speed to a constant value or more. Symmetric property of a surface and a back surface of the oscillator is secured by this reverse rotation. |
