PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ferritic stainless steel sheet excellent in antidazzle characteristic and to prevent the deterioration in corrosion resistance caused by laps extended in the rolling direction and the adherence of foreign matter and directionality of color tone. SOLUTION: The corrosion resistance is secured by taking the composition of steel as Ti(%)+(Nb(%)/2)>=10(C(%)+N(%)), and 45>=Cr(%)+4×Mo(%)>=28 and, on the other hand, the antidazzle characteristic is secured by taking the center-line average height Ra as 0.5-5μm and forming ruggedness the average inclined angleβof which, shown by the undermentioned formula, is 4-11 deg. and also adopting dull finishing without the directionality of color tone. Formula:β=Σ(tan<-1> (ΔY/ΔX))/N, where,ΔY is the height difference between the projecting parts at two points in the direction of measuring roughness (μm),ΔX is the distance between the two points in the direction of measuring roughness (μm) and N is 6250 (the number of measuringΔY between the measuring length of 12.5 mm).
