FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: stamp cutter is implemented in the form of scissors for cutting of metallic collet stamp and other round, square and hexahedral rolled metal and contains pair of identical force levers with pairs of holes at each of it for force joint pin, pair of identical cutting lips with sampling for cutting object, and also holes and arc grooves for connection to force levers and to each other, stacked running over by downside and connected to each other by means of side plates and pins of its opposite swinging, passing through the hole in one cutting lip and arc grove in other. Cutting lips are implemented in the form of pear, sorting for cutting object is implemented on its edges with major radius and is oriented by longitudinal axis of scissors in its original position. Opposite end of each cutting lip is pivotally overlapping connected to the one of holes of its force lever, and into free adjacent holes it is installed common for both force levers pin of its opposite swinging. Additionally on the opposite side of axis, passing through centers of swinging pins of cutting lips, on its field it is implemented hole with countersinking, forming additional annular blade, matched with similar hole of adjoining cutting lip in original position of scissors and overlapped by adjoining cutting lip in final stage of cutting. ^ EFFECT: reduction of specific metal content and improvement of manufacturing capability. ^ 5 dwg |
