PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost of a rewritable IC card by constituting to erase color when at least a position to be written next is already written in a card processor, and always holding a blank unit transaction record area in the case of writing this time, thereby eliminating an installation of a cooler in the processor. SOLUTION: A writing state of a unit transaction record area of a position to be prerecorded next is confirmed. In the case of already being written, color erasing position control data is read to color erase the unit transaction record area (by a color erasing head 26) at a second heating temperature. At the time of a data communication without fault, a rewritable IC card 1 is further pushed forward by guide rollers 28 based on a control of a controller 22, and transferred to a color erasing head 26 and a writing head 25 side. If the unit transaction record area of the position to be recorded next is already written, the area is erased by the head 26. Then, a transaction record is printed on a printing line (line becoming blank) of this time by the head 25. |
