PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety of an operator by returning to operation in an ordinary mode after imparting time for the operator to confirm safety by recognizing a return to the ordinary mode by restricting a movement for a prescribed time when an inspection mode stopping command is issued. SOLUTION: An operation control device receiving a release of an inspection mode command or a release of an emergency stopping command sets a safety mode command (S7), and exercises a releveling prohibiting command (S8, 9) to restrict a movement of an elevator car for a constant time by releveling operation to adjust a floor level of the elevator car to a floor level of the landing floor. When an announcement prohibiting command is not previously sent out to the operation control device from an input device, a warning command is sent out here to an annunciator to output a warning to inform the finish of an inspection mode (S11, 12). To the contrary, when the announcement prohibiting command is set, a warning releasing command is sent out to the annunciator from the operation control device to stop the warning (S11, 13). |
